As we cross into autumn, the air turns crisp and dry, calling us to open the chest, refine our energetic boundaries, and restore the breath. In this opening edition, I will be pouring two rare selections from my private collection.Opening Seating: Fushou Lishan (福寿梨山茶) — A rare, high-altitude alpine oolong with cold mountain mist and subtle floral notes to clear the upper channels and awaken the lungs.Integration Seating: Rare 10-year Charcoal-Roasted Dong Fang Hong Dancong (东方红) — A vintage, charcoal-roasted phoenix oolong that grounds the breath into deep, mineral warmth and rich floral woodiness.Following our tea seatings and seasonal meridian transmission, we transition into a quiet acoustic soundbath to allow the tea's medicine and resonant frequency to integrate deeply. Marked by the Autumn Equinox, this session rests at the point of equal day and night, a sacred pause to clear mental fog, release lingering summer heat, and anchor into internal balance. For this afternoon’s flight, I am pairing two contrasting reserves from my personal vault.Opening Seating: Que She / Bird’s Tongue Green Tea (雀舌) — Delicate, early-spring leaves harvested to soothe chest heat, sharpen mental clarity, and clear lung stagnation.Integration Seating: Aged Shu Pu’er (熟普洱) — A rich, fermented dark tea that warms the lower belly (Dantian), drains lingering dampness, and deeply grounds your energy into the earth. We conclude with a resonant soundbath, guiding the nervous system into deep rest as the body digests the seasonal transition. Intentionally held for a private circle of 4 guests.
